Water Scheduling
Timer Guidelines:
- Set start times in between 2:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
- Never water more than evey other day, or 3 to 4 times per week
- During summer conditions, use two start times to improve efficiency
- When using two start times, seperate them by at least two hours
- Decrease zone watering times by half when using two start times
- Rotor zones need to run 2 to 3 times longer than spray zones
- During winter months, turn timer off and run manually when needed
- Timer settings should be decreased by half when first autumn cool front arrives
- If system fails to operate manually, remember rain sensor could be overriding!
